Kathryn (Katy) Olita received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000 and graduated cum laude from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2003.

She is admitted to practice in Tennessee and in the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and is currently a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
